HOW TO RESERVE SPACE:

1.) Complete the accompanying Application and Contract, indicate your 1st and 2nd choices.
2.) Enclose the required deposit or tell us you plan to pay online.
Make checks payable to Tulsa Geological Society, and add “Exhibits” to the “notes” line. 50% of
the total cost of space requested holds your spot if you apply by June 11, 2021; after July 10,
please submit 100% of the cost of your booth space. If you are paying on line with a credit card,
waiting for our acknowledgment email; it will contain instructions on how to log in and pay
securely. We will acknowledge receipt in your booth assignment email.
Space is assigned first-come, first-served. After processing by show management, expect to see
your space assignment acknowledgement and invoice for any balance owed, followed midsummer
by a comprehensive online service kit with order forms, deadlines, registration
instructions and housing information, and additional policies governing your participation.
